Mercyhurst College

Opening in 1926, Mercyhurst College was founded by the Sisters of Mercy of the Erie Catholic Diocese. The school is the second largest Mercy college in America. The original building of the college, Old Main is the spiritual center of the campus and was designed by prominent architect F. Ferdinand Durang. The building houses administrative offices, classrooms, and the Bishop's Parlor.
